Kyle Fischer my Dad and his 30 years of business intelligence and experiences.

“Over the years i learned that in every business, everything comes down to money” These were wise words spoken by a wise man Kyle Fischer. “Business is a game, you need strategies, smarts, tactics that are age old for someone to buy one product. But luckily being in the business for so long i could sell rice to an escamo.” Kyle Fischer, my dad, has been in the business for quite a while now so why don't we start from the beginning.

Kyle Fischer was a student in the business program at Concordia University, which was shut down not too long ago. Kyle Fischer was majoring in business with an emphasis in accounting. Now I realize most people use their majors for some time then move on to something different. Or maybe just help them with everyday things. But Kyle wasn't like most people. He used his majors his whole life even until now. He managed a family owned coffee shop for 6 years for six coffee stands. He then was offered a job as a production planner at a business you might now call Gerber Blades. He was within 6 months promoted to a Buyer. He would then be promoted to a forecast analyst, and no, I'm not talking about a weatherman. This is where he would supervise over thousands of products a month coming from over 200 customers. This would later give him the spot of president of the company. But then quit.

Because for Kyle he needed change. He switched over to a family owned business called Taylor Brands where he would successfully triple the value of the entire company. Get countless job titles and lead the brand to sell their business for over 85 million dollars. For Kyle Fischer this was “one of the Greatest accomplishments of my life because this would lead me to more job opportunities, possibilities of an entrepreneur, and would allow me a buffer to have a family” this family he would raise two successful children including me and be married for over 25 years. For Kyle he said “the business that is the smartest with their money and that can capitalize the most with it will be the most successful business out there” and for Kyle that is what he did for his company. Fast Forward a decade and he has his own amazon business, working with factories in China, and has more connections with people than you could ever imagine.

I asked Kyle “what was your plan when you were 18 entering college and how did it match up with your career now?” Kyle said “well, i wanted to work at an accounting firm but as i have told you God has chosen a different path for me. But I check myself daily and make sure that it's God first, Family second, and money third because nothing is more important than any of these.”
