Top 5 Best Burger Spots In Bend Oregon!

By: AJ Harwood

Hopefully you've had a good burger in your life, if not come to Bend Oregon where we have some of the best burgers ever! This is my list of the top 5 burgers located here in Bend OR.

#5.) Worthy Brewing

Worthy Brewing has plenty of amazing menu options like chicken wings, hot or cold sandwiches, salads and most importantly their awesome burgers. They have a tone of different burger styles, the classic which is my favorite, comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, your choice of condiments and a huge thick patty covered in cheese. They also have a couple funky ones like a veggie burger, and a flagship burger thats loaded with BBQ sauce. There's a burger out there for everybody. If you haven't had a burger from here, I would recommend going to Worthy Brewing for your next burger craving one hundred percent.

#4.) Hideaway Tavern

The Hideaway Tavern is an easy contender on this list, they have some huge juicy burgers. This small restaurant packs a big punch when it comes to the flavors and the actual size of these patties plus the many different types of burgers and not to mention, they have crinkle cut fries and outstanding tots. My favorite burger on their menu definitely has to be the Hideaway Bacon Cheese Burger, its a 1/2 pound patty loaded with bacon, all the other regular burger veggies and their signature sauce, at a reasonable price of ($16). If you are a true burger fan then this is definitely a place that needs to be on your list of try it nexts.

#3.) Hardy's (Old Cheerleader's Bar)

The burgers at Hardy's are no joke. With the classic 60's-70's diner feel it truly makes their burgers that much more authentic. The traditional one patty hamburgers and cheeseburgers with the regular toppings just makes this an awesome place to sit down and have a blast to the past. My personal favorite is their All American burger, which comes with all the veggies, a double stacked patty with extra crispy bacon and their signature fry sauce. They'er also known around town for their amazing classic fried tater tots and homemade milk shakes. With the classic diner feel and the outstanding food, Hardy's is a true contender on this list.

#2.) Dandy's

Dandy's Drive-in Burgers are an easy "S" tier when it comes to burgers here in Bend. I'm sure most people that live here or have at least passed through have tried these burgers. The classic feel is totally alive because of the drive up and park style of how this place runs, not to mention, all the employees are wearing roller skates and thats how they deliver the amazing food window side. The burgers are no exception to the service, amazing. All the different types of burgers for any mood you’re in, regular, BBQ, chicken, veggie and fish are all options that you can get. Plus the crispy tots and fries just makes it that much better, and the homemade shakes just solve a quick sweet tooth. Overall Dandy's is an amazing option when it comes to burger night with the family.

#1.) Bend Burger Co

Bend Burger Company easily has the BEST burgers in Bend OR. The amazing flavors and outstanding feeling these burgers leave you with is just utter success. I'm so in love with these big juicy sandwiches because of how good they taste and how amazingly consistent they are at being the best. The shear size alone on these things is overwhelming, they’re like the size of an adult males head. All the vast variety and I haven't had a bad burger in the 10 times I've been there. The sauce they make in house is so good too, its like a fry sauce and a barbecue sauce and a spicy mayo in one. Dipping in their crispy fries and tots just wants to make you not stop, plus they add it standard on all burgers. My favorite burger is the classic Bend Burger with cheese, its just a giant amazing classic for only ($12). If you ever want an out of this world experience when eating a meal, go to Bend Burger Company and experience greatness.
