Top 5 Mt bachelor biking trails.

With over 300+ miles of single track trails mount bachelor has plenty to choose from. The diversity of the trails allows each rider to chose his or her favorite type of trail. All the way from huge jumps that will send you soaring through the sky to Some of the most advanced technical trails that only few can complete.

5. Big wood.

Big wood is an intermediate black diamond technical trail. It's primary feature is drops, at the very end of the trail there is a double black drop that only few riders go on. Its one downside is its length, it only takes 8 minutes to complete if going at a slower pace.

4. Rockfall.

Rockfall is a double black, and the hardest trail on the mountain and for good reason. On a normal mountain the all double black trails are groomed and watered throughout the day. Redline however is groomed once a day which, is barely enough to not let the trail be overwhelmed by the fallen rock and slippery dust. It is also one of my favorites because it challenges me in every way each time I ride the trail.

3. Lava flow.

One of my favorite trails on the mountain is Lava flow. It's basically the opposite of Rockfall, not only is it one of the easiest trails on the mountain but it is a jump trail that is groomed constantly. Its one let down is that it never changes, normally trails get changes throughout the season such as bigger jumps, better flow, and occasionally a jump will be destroyed.

2. Redline.

Oh sweet Redline. It has the biggest jumps on the mountain. Each jump is shaped better and better every day, they are also watered twice a day. That is also its one downside though since it is watered once a day it is closed for almost a third of the day. This trail is one of the only trails I haven't crashed on yet which, is one of the reasons it is high on this list.

1. Last chance.

Last chance is my number one trail at mount bachelor for many reasons. For one the trail changes constantly throughout the season . For two it has two of the best trail types, technical and jumps. The last reason that this trail is better than any other on this list is because its one of the only trails that doesn't have near as much dust as the other trails.
